IT Support Services

Technical Support Onsite

Our onsite technical support team, like our helpdesk, runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All of our onsite team are Microsoft Certified Professionals and carry the latest equipment and tools ensuring excellent quality of service.

Standard Onsite Visits

Our onsite visits are available between 8AM and 6PM Monday to Friday and cost from just £50 per hour to clients with a maintenance agreement.

We charge you one flat rate for our on-site time during the day, no matter how complicated the task. This makes billing simple and our engineers more cost effective.

Emergency Response

Our emergency visits are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If we can't resolve your problem remotely we will send an engineer immediately.
