Our technical support helpdesk runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
We provide an instant reponse and resolution service which reduces
the need for on-site support, saving you money and time, and getting
your problem resolved quicker.
All of our technical support staff are Microsoft Certified
Professionals ensuring excellent quality of service.
Remote and telephone support is provided on an unlimited usage
basis to all of our clients who have a maintenance agreement with
us.
Now all of our clients servers are monitored 24 hours a day through
our new managed services system designed and supplied by Paessler.
Each server is constantly monitored for disk space, RAID, backup,
restore, memory, CPU usage, and much more. This allows us to proactively
support the servers we monitor.
