Support Services Increased - 2nd February 2010

We are pleased to announce that all our staff are Microsoft or other industry standard qualified and have a combined experience of over 120 years in IT and we are now supporting over 400 servers nationwide using Award Winning Remote Support Software.



New Website Launched - 4th January 2010

The initial stage of our new website has now been launched. Further enhancements including a new customer portal will be available very soon. This is part of a long term six month project to integrate our sales and service systems to our clients through the new portal.

Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Renewal - 1st July 2009

Microsoft Gold Partner renewal. Each year we need to renew our Gold Partner status with Microsoft which requires 12 customer references. We have successfully obtained these and passed once again as Gold Partner status.

New Cisco Kit - 30th January 2009

Our $14000 Cisco Contact Centre Express solution is now in place giving us an enhanced support service with Unified Communications. Further applications will be rolled out to increase our feature rich support services.

The Cisco Unified Contact Center Express is a single-server, integrated "contact center in a box", that can also:

New Microsoft Server 2008 Technology Released - 27th February 2008

Microsoft Windows Server 2008 has now been released.



Windows Server 2008 is built on the same base code as Windows Vista and includes benefits such as enhanced management, security and technical features. There are many additional features such as Terminal Services 2008 allowing you to run applications through Terminal Services automatically.

Central Technology receives a partner status with AVG Anti Virus for successfully installing and implementing several installations of its products.

We are pleased with the Anti Virus products from AVG and look forward to implementing further solutions.

New Remote Management Tool - 20th April 2007



Now all of our clients servers are monitored 24 hours a day through our new managed services system designed and supplied by Paessler. Each server is constantly monitored for disk space, RAID, backup, restore, memory, CPU usage, and much more. This allows us to proactively support the servers we monitor.
