Microsoft Windows Server 2008 has now been released.

Windows Server 2008 is built on the same base code as Windows
Vista and includes benefits such as enhanced management, security
and technical features. There are many additional features such
as Terminal Services 2008 allowing you to run applications through
Terminal Services automatically.

AVG Partner Status

Central Technology receives a partner status with AVG Anti Virus
for successfully installing and implementing several installations
of its products.
We are pleased with the Anti Virus products from AVG and look
forward to implementing further solutions.

Central Technology gives further sponsorship to the local
football club against Macclesfield on the 6th October 2007. We
brought some luck to the game this time and drew 2-2

this day, luckliy the water had gone by the next day and we were
not affected as our offices are on the first floor.

New Technical Support opening hours
Of course our technical support is still available 24 hours a
day for clients with the appropriate contract. However our general
technical support hours now start at the earlier time of 8AM through
till 5:30PM

Now all of our clients servers are monitored 24 hours a day through
our new managed services system designed and supplied by Paessler.
Each server is constantly monitored for disk space, RAID, backup,
restore, memory, CPU usage, and much more. This allows us to proactively
support the servers we monitor.

New technical support system announced. Clients can now contact
our technical team easier and quicker by calling them on their
new direct dial number.

their technology in several locations now.
